We aim to operate in a largely untouched area of the travel and events industry. When Jill was planning her own fandom-themed wedding, she was amazed at how little there was out there for themed weddings and events, despite their growing popularity. Planning her honeymoon, she was once again perplexed by how there are little-to-no options for turning your vacation into a personalized, tailor-made adventure to the lands people read, watch, or dream about. She therefore decided to fill that niche, providing an opportunity for customers and clients to explore the fantasy worlds they love, whether through travel or events.

About Lead Planner Jill
After graduating from film school and spending years as a production manager in reality television, I discovered my love for logistics — for bringing moving parts together to create something magical. I thrived in the balance between creativity and structure, but I often found myself behind the curtain, organizing the creative vision instead of being part of it. I missed creating something of my own.
Then everything changed when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. She told me she had two wishes: to see me get married, and to go on one final, unforgettable adventure with our whole family. As I began planning my own wedding and honeymoon, something sparked inside me. My husband and I are both lifelong nerds who bonded over countless fandoms, and we decided to celebrate that fully — crafting a wedding that was unapologetically us.

In designing and planning our nerdy-themed wedding, I realized there was an entire corner of the event world missing — one that celebrated fandoms, creativity, and individuality. I wanted to fill that gap, to help other couples tell their love stories in their own unique ways.

That same feeling returned while planning our honeymoon and my family’s multigenerational trip — my mom’s dream adventure. I saw the same opportunity for something more meaningful, more personal, more fantastical.

And so, Fantastical Adventures was born — a place where creativity, storytelling, and heartfelt connection meet thoughtful logistics and planning.

One week after my family’s adventure, my mom passed away — having fulfilled her two final wishes. That moment cemented my purpose. I realized that what I do isn’t just about planning weddings, events, or trips. It’s about creating experiences that let people live fully, love deeply, and celebrate their stories before it’s too late.
