EVENT COORDINATION

Our Event Coordination services go beyond the day of your event: we step in about a month beforehand to bring all your plans together. During this time, we create a detailed timeline, confirm logistics with your venue and vendors, and ensure every element aligns perfectly with your vision. On the event day, we take over all logistics by managing vendor communications, overseeing setup and décor, troubleshooting any last-minute issues, and keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule. With us by your side, you can relax, celebrate, and fully enjoy the moment knowing every detail is handled.

EVENT DESIGN
$150/hr
If you don’t need a full planner or coordinator but still want to elevate your event with creative, story-driven décor, our Event Design Services are the perfect fit! We collaborate with you to create stunning, personalized designs — from subtle fandom nods to fully themed, immersive experiences.
From centerpieces and florals to signage and tablescapes, every detail is crafted to reflect your unique personality and passions. Whether it’s a quinceañera, corporate event, or a private celebration, we’ll bring your story to life through cohesive, unforgettable design that feels authentically you.

We step in to refine your vision, manage remaining logistics, and ensure every detail aligns seamlessly, from vendor recommendations and contract reviews to design advice and timeline management. No matter what you're planning, we’ll help you stay organized, on budget, and stress-free while turning your plans into a beautifully executed event.

FILMING / LIVESTREAMING

Make sure no one misses a moment of your celebration. Our Event Filming & Livestreaming services capture and share the moments that matter, from Celebrations of Life and milestone parties to quinceañeras, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and more. We’ll help you livestream your event for loved ones who can’t attend in person while capturing the special moments, speeches, tributes, and festivities to preserve and share long after the event is over.
